2. Who is this for?

ConEcomAI is for e-commerce brands, marketplace sellers, and agencies that need high-quality product content at scale. It's particularly suited for teams that value accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment over generic AI output.

3. What problems does it solve?

Most product pages fail because the copy is vague, inconsistent, or disconnected from what buyers need to know. ConEcomAI solves this by producing content that is factually accurate, aligned to your brand, and structured for search visibility and conversion.

4. Is this software or a service?

ConEcomAI is a managed service, not software you log into and operate yourself. You submit your brand information and content requests; we produce and deliver the content. There is no self-serve dashboard or DIY tool.

5. How does the process work at a high level?

You start by submitting a content intake form that defines your brand voice, product details, and requirements. Once approved and payment is received, we produce your content, review it internally, and deliver it to you electronically. You then implement the content on your own platform.

Access & Pricing

6. Why is access requested instead of instant?

We review every access request to ensure fit. Not every project is a match for our service, and we want to confirm we can deliver value before starting. This also allows us to manage capacity and maintain quality across all clients.

7. When do I see pricing?

Pricing is shown after you complete the content intake form. Once we understand your brand and requirements, you'll see available tiers and can select the option that fits your needs before any work begins.

8. Do I pay before any work is done?

Yes. Payment is required before content production begins. This ensures commitment on both sides and allows us to allocate resources to your project. No content is produced until payment is received.

9. What happens after I request access?

After submitting your intake form, you'll receive a confirmation email. We review your submission, and if it's a fit, you'll receive a link to view your brand summary and select a production tier. Once payment is complete, content production begins.

AI & Quality

10. How is AI used?

AI is used to accelerate the drafting process. It helps us work efficiently across large product catalogs while maintaining consistency. AI is a tool in our workflow, not the final decision-maker.

11. Is everything AI-generated?

No. AI assists with drafting, but every piece of content goes through our internal quality evaluation system called CQV™. This system checks for clarity, factual accuracy, and alignment with your brand requirements before anything is delivered.

12. Is there human review?

Yes. Every deliverable is reviewed by a human before it reaches you. We do not send out content that has only been processed by AI. Human oversight is built into every step of our workflow.

13. Do you auto-publish content?

No. We never publish content directly to your website, marketplace, or any third-party platform. All content is delivered to you electronically. You decide when and how to implement it.

14. How do you ensure accuracy and quality?

We use CQV™, our internal decision system, to evaluate every piece of content before delivery. It checks for clarity, factual accuracy, and buyer relevance. Content that doesn't meet defined standards is revised or flagged before it leaves our system.

Scope & Limits

15. Do you offer strategy or consulting?

No. ConEcomAI is a content production service, not a consulting firm. We produce content based on the information you provide. Strategic planning, SEO audits, and marketing consulting are outside our scope.

16. Can you access or edit my store?

No. We do not require or request access to your e-commerce platform, CMS, or backend systems. We deliver content files; you handle implementation on your end.

17. How many revisions are included?

Minor clarifications may be accommodated at our discretion based on the original scope. Significant changes or new directions may require additional requests. Our goal is to get it right the first time based on the information provided during intake.

18. What is out of scope?

We do not provide strategy consulting, SEO audits, website development, platform integration, content publishing, or ongoing retainer-based marketing services. Our focus is producing high-quality product content based on your defined requirements.

Logistics

19. How is content delivered?

All content is delivered electronically through our client portal. You'll receive access to view and download your completed content. File formats and structure are based on your requirements specified during intake.

20. How do we communicate during a request?

Communication happens via email. You'll receive updates at key milestones: confirmation of your request, notification when content is ready for review, and delivery confirmation. We do not offer real-time chat or phone support.
