Service Description
ConEcomAI provides a managed content production service for e-commerce brands. We create product descriptions, category pages, and SEO content using a combination of AI-assisted drafting and human review. All content is evaluated against defined quality standards before delivery.
Access Model
Access to ConEcomAI is request-based. Prospective clients submit a content intake form to define their brand requirements. Access is granted at our discretion based on fit and capacity. There is no automatic or instant access to production services.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before any content production work begins. We offer tiered packages based on the number of content requests. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are not provided for completed work.
Scope & Revisions
Each content request is scoped based on the information provided during intake. We produce content according to the defined brand guidelines and specifications. Minor revisions may be accommodated at our discretion. Significant scope changes may require additional requests.
Delivery
All content is delivered electronically through our client portal. We do not auto-publish content to your website or any third-party platform. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing delivered content as you see fit.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the content we produce for you. Until payment is received, all content remains the property of ConEcomAI. You grant us permission to use submitted brand materials solely for the purpose of producing your content.
No Guarantees
While we strive to produce high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic increases, or conversion improvements. Content effectiveness depends on many factors outside our control, including your implementation, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Limitation of Liability
ConEcomAI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or delivered content.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you terminate before work is completed, fees for completed work are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
